The Central Housing and Planning Authority will be accepting applications for the newly introduced: Land Empowerment Programme Intiative. This programme was implemented to capture and provide lands for the low-income citizens of Antigua & Barbuda.
Eligible applicants for this programme are as follows :
-Low-income Earners ( For an Individual EC $3500.00, and with Co-Applicant $5000.00 )
-First time Government Landowner
-Citizen of Antigua & Barbuda
